Para Optimizar y aprovechar las instalaciones del Complejo Metalúrgico, se han fijado una serie de proyectos que se pondrán en marcha para una reactivación de las operaciones, teniendo en cuenta las nuevas tecnologías y procesos que se están aplicando en la industria metalúrgica. Estos proyectos son:

1. Producción de calcinas a partir de concentrados de Zinc

2. Hub Logístico: En 3 Fases.

3. Explotación de canteras

4. Producción de Fume a partir de Ferritas de Zinc/Smithsonita /CPT

5. Tratamiento de óxidos de cobre para obtención de láminas de Cu

6. Servicio de fundido y moldeo de ánodos de plomo

7. Producción de polvo de zinc

8. Flotación de minerales polimetálicos

9. Tratamiento de plomo Oxidado.

10. Desarsenizado pirometalúrgico.
